Onsite Search
SAI provides 'on-site' Search Agents that our Clients can count on. Every successful venture needs a solid internal staffing person or group. SAI's Onsite Search Agents build staffing methodologies, establish lead generation, provide first-rate recruiting, and drive the hiring process to completion. SAI offers three fee models for their Onsite Search Services:
Per Hire
The Search Agent is on-site with responsibility for assigned positions. Payment structure: Monthly fee plus per hire bonus fees.
Hourly
The traditional 'contract recruiter' model. Payment structure: Search Agent will be paid an hourly rate.
Project Basis
If a client has a targeted number of positions to fill or a project team they need to build, SAI can assign a Search Agent on-site and commit to that entire project. Payment structure: one set fee depending on the number of positions and time commitment.
