What Do I Get by purchasing the Career Search Membership?

As a Career Search Member with Search Agents International (SAI), you will receive career counseling on all seven (7) service offerings which are the following: (1) Resume Review and Remodeling; (2) Navigating and Leveraging Job Boards; (3) Building a social media strategy; (4) Effective networking tips; (5) Partnering with Recruiting Firms; (6) Interview Coaching; (7) Tips on how to be a good Corporate Citizen. In addition to these items included as part of your membership, you will have access to a dedicated Career Search Agent who will work with you throughout the Membership to make sure your experience is a good one and your needs are being met.

By purchasing the Career Search Membership, am I Guaranteed a New Job or New Career?

No, we cannot guarantee you a new job or a new career. But we can provide you with tools, advice, and other resources to make your search more effective, more productive, and increase your chances of success. However, we do provide you with a Satisfaction Guarantee as provided below.

What is the Career Search Membership Satisfaction Guarantee?

If you have paid for our service for six months and are not satisfied, you can use the service for the next six months free of charge. You are not entitled to a money refund.

Who Can use my Membership?

You are the only person entitled to use the service with your membership. You are not allowed to share it with your friends, family members, or anyone else.

What are the Terms of Payment?

When you purchase the Career Search Membership, you are signing up for three months. After the third month, your membership switches to a month to month Membership. You may elect to pay with Credit Card or check (checks payable to Search Agents International). If you do not cancel your membership after the third month, your credit card will be charged during the fourth month, fifth month, etc. until you decide to opt out of the Membership. You can cancel at any time after the third month of the Membership. You must cancel by written notice (letter or email) 30 days in advance so Search Agents International has the opportunity to collect any unpaid balances.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Search Agents International (SAI) may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You will be bound by these changes prospectively, but not retroactively.

Ownership of Intellectual Property

Search Agents International (SAI) own the copyrights and all other intellectual property rights associated with the Site, including its name, its “look and feel,” its design, logos, operation, and other content. You may not copy, reproduce or modify any element of the Site. By giving you access to the Site, we do not intend to give you a license or other interest in any intellectual property rights.

You may use the Site only in the manner intended, i.e., to pursue your job and career search. You may not:

Search Agents International (SAI) takes security very seriously and will try to ensure that your personal information does not fall into the wrong hands. Control Over Access

Search Agents International (SAI) reserves the right to deny access to the Site to any person in our sole discretion.

Member Relationships with Third Parties

Members may enter into business relationships with third parties through our Site, including Recruiting Firms, Outplacement Services, etc. Such relationships are solely between the Member and the third party, and Search Agents International (SAI) takes no responsibility for any acts or omissions of the third party.

The Site might contain links to other sites, including those maintained by our advertisers or partnerships. We make no representation or endorsement concerning the linked sites or the companies that maintain them.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Search Agents International (SAI) (including our officers, directors, employees, and agents) from and against any claims and costs, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from your use of the Site and Career Search Membership, or from your breach of these Terms and Conditions. If any such claim is made, we will notify you promptly and give you the opportunity to defend the claim.

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK OF USING THE SITE AND THE CAREER SEARCH MEMBERSHIP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE POSSIBILITY THAT THE SITE WILL FAIL TO OPERATE AS INTENDED, THAT THE INFORMATION ON THE SITE WILL PROVE UNHELPFUL, OR THAT YOUR COMPUTER WILL BE INFECTED WITH VIRUSES FROM THE SITE. THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN ‘AS IS’ BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Other Legal Terms

These Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time, constitute your entire agreement with us. They will be governed by the internal laws of the State of California, without taking into account principles of conflicts of laws, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts. No waiver of any portion of these Terms and conditions will constitute a continuing waiver.

We collect personal information when you register at the Site or consult with one of our Career Search Agents, such as your name, street address, and e-mail address, and we may also collect information from you through surveys. We use the information we obtain from you for business and marketing purposes and to help you make better use of the Site. We may disclose the information in connection with legal proceedings. We will not sell your name or any personal information to any third parties.

If you communicate to us through the Site or otherwise, we will treat your communications as confidential if they relate to a specific problem or individual issue. All other communications, such as suggestions, questions, ideas, or feedback shall be treated as non-confidential and may be disclosed to any third party or reproduced at our discretion. We will have the unrestricted right to use any ideas, know-how, documentation, software, or techniques you provide to us, without paying you.

Public Forums

The Site includes social media, chat rooms, forums/blogs, message boards, and/or news groups for the benefit of users. Any information disclosed in these areas becomes public information.
